1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Early Check-in: Subject to availability upon arrival. To guarantee an early check-in before 02:00 PM, we recommend reserving the suite from the previous night.
• Late Check-out: Extension beyond 12:00 PM is subject to availability and prior confirmation from the front desk; half-day or full-day room charges may apply.

2. Government Photo Identification

As mandated by local Pune district administration and Maharashtra tourism guidelines, all adult guests (aged 18 and above) must present an original, valid government-issued photo identification card upon check-in:

• Accepted IDs for Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or Driving License. (Note: PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid address proof).
• Accepted IDs for Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport with valid Indian Visa or OCI card. Form C registration must be submitted upon arrival.
• Management reserves the right to deny admission if valid government verification is not provided.

3. Reservations, Rates & Payments

• Advance Confirmation: Reservations are officially confirmed only upon receipt of the requisite advance deposit (minimum 50% or 100% depending on seasonal package).
• Applicable Taxes: Room and dining tariffs are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Government of India norms.
• Payment Security Warning: Payments should only be completed via our direct website engine or the official resort bank account communicated by our reservations team (+91 7020347457). We never request funds via personal UPI IDs.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Because DurgBhumi is a boutique heritage resort with limited exclusive suites, cancellations directly impact our reservations schedule:

• More than 14 Days prior to Check-in: 90% refund of the advance amount (10% retained for banking & processing fees).
• Between 7 to 14 Days prior to Check-in: 50% refund or one-time complimentary date rescheduling (subject to tariff difference and room availability within 60 days).
• Less than 7 Days prior to Check-in / No Show: No refund applicable.
• Peak Season & Holidays: Bookings for Diwali, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and long holiday weekends are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.

5. Estate Code of Conduct & Eco-Harmony

Nestled in the pristine Sahyadri bio-sensitive region adjacent to Gunjavani Dam and historic Torna Fort, we urge all guests to help us preserve tranquility and natural cleanliness:

• Quiet Hours: In accordance with hill-slope eco-regulations, loud outdoor music and high-volume sound systems are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM to protect local wildlife and ensure peaceful rest for all guests.
• Chavni / Bonfire Area: Campfires and bonfires are permitted exclusively in the designated Chavni / Bonfire area under staff supervision for environmental and fire safety.
• Infinity Pool Rules: Appropriate swimwear is mandatory. Glassware, food, and smoking are strictly forbidden inside or immediately around the pool deck. Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
• Zero Littering: Plastic littering or discarding non-biodegradable waste across lawns, hill trails, or lake shores is strictly prohibited.

6. Dining, Cuisine & Outside Food

• Authentic Maharashtrian & Multi-Cuisine: Our kitchen serves fresh, locally sourced heritage dishes. Separate preparation arrangements are meticulously maintained for pure vegetarian guests.
• Meal Hours: Breakfast: 08:00 AM - 10:30 AM | Lunch: 01:00 PM - 03:30 PM | Dinner: 08:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Outside Food: Outside cooked food and personal catering in public dining decks are not permitted. Baby food and specific dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

7. Property Liability & Jurisdiction

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal luggage and valuables. DurgBhumi Resort cannot be held liable for loss or damage to unattended items. Any intentional damage caused to resort property, heritage fixtures, or landscape will be billed to the registered guest.

All legal disputes arising from reservations, stays, or interactions with DurgBhumi Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
